Laundry Room
The remodel transformed a heavy, oak-clad laundry room into a light-filled, modern space with sage green cabinetry and marble countertops, designed in collaboration with Nicole Price Design.
Original Space
Prior to the remodel, the laundry room served a strictly utilitarian purpose. Dark oak cabinetry and dated finishes created a heavy, closed-in feel, while the layout offered little consideration for flow, storage efficiency, or visual continuity with the rest of the home. The space met basic functional needs but lacked the design intention, material quality, and cohesive aesthetic.
Renovation
Soft sage green cabinetry, honed marble countertops, and clean modern lines complete the transformation, turning an overlooked utility space into a room that feels as considered as the rest of the home. The result is a laundry room that reflects both thoughtful design and dependable craftsmanship, proof that even the most functional spaces deserve beauty and intention.
